There is no credit involved and it is not linked to your bank account.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-do-i-activate-my-card\">How do I activate my card?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Please&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.b4bpayments.com\/cardholder\">register your card and log in to your cardholder dashboard<\/a>. Click on the activate button if your card is not already shown as active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-do-i-obtain-the-pin\">How do I obtain the PIN?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Please&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.b4bpayments.com\/cardholder\">register your card and log in to your cardholder dashboard<\/a>. Click on the activate button if your card is not already shown as active, and then click the display PIN button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-do-i-change-my-pin\">How do I change my PIN?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Most high street ATM providers will allow you to change your PIN at the ATM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-where-can-i-load-it\">Where can I load it?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>You are unable to load the card yourself. Only the company providing you the card can load it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-soon-are-funds-available\">How soon are funds available?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Immediately. As soon as your card has been loaded you will be able to withdraw cash from an ATM or make a purchase at a shop or online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-i-ve-lost-my-card-what-do-i-do\">I\u2019ve lost my card \u2013 what do I do?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have lost your card your card it has been stolen then please contact us without undue delay on +44 20 3475 5351 (Europe) or +1 604 200 0554 (Americas) to report it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-can-i-check-my-balance-and-transactions\">Can I check my balance and transactions?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>You can view your balance and transactions from the online cardholder portal. Please&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.b4bpayments.com\/cardholder\">register your card and log in to your cardholder dashboard<\/a>&nbsp;. Alternatively you can call us on +44 20 3475 5351 (Europe) or +1 604 200 0554 (Americas) to request a balance or query any of your transactions. Local call rates apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-where-can-i-spend-the-funds\">Where can I spend the funds?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>You can spend the card anywhere that accepts Mastercard cards, which is over 35 million locations worldwide.
