B4B Payments prepaid Mastercard\u00ae Terms and Conditions. The following Terms & Conditions definitions apply to UK issued B4B Payments clients
\nand cardholders.<\/p>\n

Client Terms & Conditions<\/h3>\n

Enterprise Client:<\/h4>\n

is a business which both: (a) employs more than 10 people; and (b) has a turnover or annual balance sheet exceeding \u00a32 million.<\/p>\n

Small Business Client:<\/h4>\n

(a) employs fewer than 10 people; and (b) has a turnover or annual balance sheet that does not exceed \u00a32 million. Or a charity is a body whose annual income is less than \u00a31 million and is: (a) in England and Wales, a charity as defined by section 1(1) of the Charities Act 2011; (b) in Scotland, a charity as defined by section 106 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005; or (c) in Northern Ireland, a charity as defined by section 1(1) of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.<\/p>\n

For customers who have applied as of 17th February 2026 the terms and conditions v2.0 apply. For existing customers (i.e. live customers\/applications prior to 17th February 2026) your original terms and conditions (v1.6) are set out here for Enterprise<\/a> and here for Small Business<\/a> and will still be relevant until 20th March 2026 from which date the new terms and conditions will apply, as per the notification issued to you.<\/p>\n
