What we look for

We are looking for driven, bright, high-energy people to support our ambitious growth aspirations and who wish to speed up their own career.

By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to engage with new prospects from business industries we have already demonstrated tremendous success in as well as identifying new opportunities on their own.

  • Hitting agreed new appointments/follow up targets for the Sales Manager.
  • Develop prospective clients through cold calling, attending exhibitions, and networking events.
  • To build and maintain an up to date sales pipeline within the CRM system.
  • Contribute where appropriate to company initiatives and assignments for lead generation.
  • Engage and work with the company’s Marketing/PR teams on initiatives.
Competencies and Personal Characteristics
  • Graduate/entry-level role suitable for young professionals looking to work in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence.
  • Demonstrated sales experience.
  • Comfortable in managing objections.
  • An interest in financial services and Fintech.
  • Highly organised and excellent planning skills, able to work under pressure, able to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelors degree preferable but not essential.
