B4B Payments will never contact you to request your password, card PIN, One-Time Passcode (OTP), full card number, or card three-digit CVV. We will also never ask you to move money, install remote-access software, or approve a transaction you didn't initiate. If you receive a suspicious call, email, or message claiming to be from B4B Payments, hang up or delete it, and report it to our Support team using the contact details above.

If you have a complaint about B4B Payments, please email complaints@b4bpayments.com or write to us at the Complaints Team, PO Box 76256, London, SW1P 9NU. We aim to resolve payment service complaints within 15 business days (extendable to 35 in exceptional circumstances).
If you are dissatisfied with our response, or if 8 weeks have passed without resolution, you may refer your complaint to an ombudsman service. UK customers can contact the Financial Ombudsman Service. EU customers can contact the Bank of Lithuania.
